Whilst you are anxious to receive your results we know that some of you
have rung in the morning only to be advised to “ring again” – very
frustrating!
We now receive test results electronically from Ipswich Hospital but
these arrive twice-daily – so the result you are waiting for may not
arrive until 11a.m.
Could you RING THE SURGERY FOR RESULTS AFTER 12 NOON to allow the
doctors time to check these before the receptionists can respond to your
requests.

building open from 8:45am to 6:00pm. The Dispensary
closes from 1-2pm.

There is a branch surgery in the medieval Guildhall at
Laxfield which is open on Monday and Thursday afternoon
from 2 - 3pm. This is an open surgery therefore no
appointments are necessary.
