Travel Advice and Immunisations

Practice Nurses provide travel advice and immunisations, although patients are advised to log onto http://www.masta.org or telephone on 0906 550 1402 to request a Health Brief prior to seeing the nurse.

Patients can also access www.nathnac.org or www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk for FREE advice.

Patients who are attending our travel clinic for the first time need to complete a 'Travel Health Risk Assessment Form'. To download the form CLICK HERE.

We are a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.

There is wheelchair access at this surgery. Surgery building open from 8:45am to 6:00pm. The Dispensary closes from 1-2pm.

Laxfield Surgery
There is a branch surgery in the medieval Guildhall at Laxfield which is open on Tuesday and Friday afternoon from 2 - 3pm. This is an open surgery therefore no appointments are necessary.
