"Striving to deliver outstanding service every day"

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and/or a high temperature (over 37.8) please stay at home for 7 days. DO NOT book a GP appointment or attend the Practice. If you live with other people they should stay at home for at least 14 days to avoid spreading the infection. If your symptoms are serious or getting worse NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that will tell you if you need further medical help. Only call 111 direct if you are advised to do so by the online service or cannot get online. For the latest advice please visit

Lunch Closure

Please note the surgery will be closed for lunch from 12:30 - 13:30 for the time being.

Temporary Change to Booking Appointments

To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19 and reduce pressure on the Practice during this busy time, appointments will be carried out over the phone unless there is a clinical need for you to come into the practice.  This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.

Call Recording

Call recording has been introduced for all incoming and outgoing calls. This will be a great assistance for monitoring the quality of calls and for training purposes.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Named GP

All patients at our surgery have a named GP (usual GP) who is responsible for a patient's overall care at the Practice. If you would like to know who your named GP is, please ask during your next consultation or at reception. This will not affect patients' care and you can see any member of the clinical team of your choice.

The named GP will take lead responsibility for the co-ordination of all services and ensure their delivery where required.
